Fitting Process

What Actually Happens During a Session

Whether you're booking a single club or a full bag assessment, every appointment runs through the same four-stage process, and every trim gets its own logged ticket.

Baseline Read

We frequency-test your current clubs uncut on the bench, along with a short conversation about your misses, goals, and typical playing conditions.

Live Demo Testing

We work through relevant heads and pre-trimmed test shafts from our wall, recording every swing so we can compare options against your own baseline numbers rather than a chart alone.

Chart-Referenced Cut

Once a shaft and trim length are chosen, we cut it on the bench, square and deburr the tip, and re-read the frequency board to confirm the shift landed where planned.

Build & Verify

Clubs are built in-house and checked on our swing-weight scale before you pick them up, usually within a week, cut ticket attached.

During Your Session

What the Ticket Actually Shows You

Every trim gets logged on a numbered ticket before and after the cut, so you're not taking our word for what changed. Rather than being told a shaft "should" feel stiffer, you watch the frequency reading move on the board as the tip section comes off.

  • Baseline frequency logged before any cut is made
  • Trim length chosen against the manufacturer's published chart
  • A printed cut ticket handed over at pickup, not filed away
  • No obligation to purchase — the ticket is yours either way
