Putter Fitting

Putters don't get tip trimmed the way a full-swing shaft does, but length, lie, loft, and face balance still need to match your stroke path exactly — the margin for error at six feet is a lot smaller than it is off the tee.

What We Capture

Stroke Path, Face Angle, and Setup Posture

Our putting capture rig tracks stroke path, face angle at impact, and dynamic loft delivered to the ball, alongside a posture check at setup. Most putting misses trace back to a length or lie angle mismatch that forces a compensation somewhere in the stroke.

We test length in half-inch steps and lie angle in one-degree steps, watching how each change affects start line and face angle consistency before locking in a spec.

What Changes

The Fitting Variables That Matter Most

Length

Too long a putter pushes hands away from the body and flattens posture; too short forces a hunch that can throw off stroke path.

Lie Angle

An incorrect lie angle points the face off-line at address even with a technically sound stroke, forcing a compensation most golfers never notice they're making.

Face Balance & Toe Hang

Matched to your stroke arc — a face-balanced head suits a straighter stroke, while toe-hang models suit a more natural arc.

Stop Guessing on the Green

Sessions run 30–45 minutes and include a full stroke-path readout.
